Why order from us?

ColorBlindWork uses heirloom, organic and non-GMO seeds to start our plants and in our greenhouse and outdoor gardens. We believe that how something starts is how it finishes, so we start healthy to end healthy.

When possible, we collect water using a rain barrel (cistern) and filter it before watering our gardens. Indoors, most water is from municipal supply.

We minimize the use of nonrenewable energy by arranging our gardens to take advantage of solar energy. It keeps our costs low and contributes to our net zero philosophy.

We deliver within a 25-mile radius of our primary location and schedule customer pick-ups in a central location near retail businesses. This helps our buyers consolidate their shopping trip. We also deliver near parks to encourage buyers to stop in for some exercise before our after coming to see us.

Did you know that by growing your own vegetables, you are also reducing your carbon footprint?

Use rainwater and the sun to cultivate!

What We Do

ColorBlindWork (CBW) plants seeds (literally and figuratively) and offers starter plants for sale to small-scale farmers and home garden growers. We also offer youth and adult programs that focus on the culture in agriculture, and CBW PlanTherapie, an energy channeling experience for those in need of a spiritual cleansing. Our events will include food, custom-made scented candles, meditation and music (one of our team members will play the keyboard and everyone will be invited to sing).
